myles A. caudill
Myles Caudill, a Texas native, moved from Houston to San Antonio in 1990. While earning a Batchelor's of Fine Arts in architecture, he worked in the custom home industry prior to his graduation from the University of Texas in San Antonio. While fortunate to have had the the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent architects in San Antonio, Myles developed a unique set of design skills centered around the rich architectural history of the city and surrounding rural countryside. With a recent insurgence of inner city reurbanization, Myles has had the unique opportunity to to apply all of his skill sets, design, and construction management, toward rehabilitating and marketing residences, circa "1920-1950", while respecting and maintaing the original architecture and surrounding vernacular.
Raul Resendiz
As a proud San Antonio native, Raul draws inspiration and passion for his work from his heritage and appreciation for San Antonio’s beauty and cultural diversity. His 15 years of real estate and lending experience are bolstered by his marketing and negotiation skills and sales savvy topped off with sincere customer care. Like most realtors, Raul has seen hundreds of homes, but he sets himself apart by understanding how a home is a reflection of his client. Raul is intimately familiar with San Antonio neighborhoods and finds great joy in matching clients with the perfect home that fits their lifestyle.
